Overview of the personal and operational data handled by Secretfile.
Official information about Secretfile's policies and platform practices.
This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Secretfile, you consent to the data practices described in this policy and agree to the Terms of Service.
Secretfile may process account details such as email address, username, login security records, payout request details and report submissions.
Payment processors and crypto providers may send transaction identifiers, webhook events and settlement data needed to confirm access and maintain the financial audit trail.
Data is used to operate private file delivery, preserve unlock history, process creator payouts, detect abuse and respond to legal requests or takedown notices.
Administrative actions such as balance adjustments, bans, deletions and payout decisions may be logged internally for security and compliance purposes.
Files may be deleted or marked inactive after 30 days without unlock or download activity, while operational and financial audit records may remain retained for dispute handling and compliance.
When content is removed, buyers may still see an inactive library record so prior access is not silently erased.
Using Secretfile means you accept our Privacy Policy.
Private links are not intended for public discovery or indexing.
Operational records may be retained longer than file objects themselves.
